Maison Ré sells pre-owned designer and mid-luxury items. Each item is carefully curated and vetted for quality and authenticity by our in-house team. While we aim for accuracy in all listings, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or condition assessments are error-free.

All items are sold “as-is.” Slight imperfections, wear, or aging may be present due to the pre-loved nature of the products.

5. Authenticity Guarantee

We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. All products go through a multi-step internal authentication process prior to listing. If we ever discover an item is not authentic, it will be removed from sale immediately.

6. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed in USD. We accept most major credit cards and secure payment methods. By placing an order, you authorize Maison Ré to charge your payment method for the full amount at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, due to item unavailability or payment issues).

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Maison Ré is not responsible for delays or loss once an item has been handed to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of pre-owned items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Exceptions may be made in cases where the item received is materially different from its description.

By submitting items to sell with us, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the goods. All items must meet our brand, quality, and condition standards.
