Returns & Store Credit

At this time, Maison Ré does not offer refunds.

However, we’re happy to accommodate returns for store credit on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for store credit:

• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received — unworn, unused, and with all original tags (if applicable).

• You must request a return authorization by contacting us at info@maisonre.co within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

• Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note:

• Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

• Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or credit.
